PU Prime review: Warning issued over unauthorized Telegram accounts
PU Prime has issued a formal warning to clients after identifying a growing number of unauthorized individuals and online channels impersonating the broker’s brand, particularly on Telegram. The broker said the issue has intensified alongside its global expansion, prompting the company to publicly clarify its official communication channels and reinforce safeguards designed to protect clients’ funds and personal information.
Official channels clarified amid rising impersonation
In an official statement released in early January, PU Prime stressed that it operates only two verified Telegram channels: @puprimemain and @puprimecommunity. Any other Telegram groups or accounts using the PU Prime name, logo, or branding are not affiliated with the company.
The broker also confirmed that its official social media presence is limited to established platforms, including , X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, each under verified PU Prime accounts. The company warned that impersonators often attempt to lure clients through private messages or unofficial groups, falsely claiming to represent the broker.
PU Prime emphasized that it will never request deposits or payments through social media or messaging apps. All client funding, it said, can only be completed through the PU Prime Client Portal or the official PU Prime mobile application.
Verification tools and legal action
To help clients avoid fraudulent activity, PU Prime encouraged users to rely on its Official Channel Verification Tool, which allows traders to confirm whether a website, contact, or channel is genuinely associated with the broker. The company urged clients to exercise “extreme caution” and avoid engaging with any platform not explicitly listed as official.
PU Prime also stated that it reserves the right to pursue legal action against operators of impersonation schemes, in line with applicable laws and regulations. The move reflects a broader industry effort to combat financial fraud as scams increasingly shift toward encrypted messaging platforms.
Founded as a multi-asset brokerage, PU Prime provides access to forex, commodities, indices, and other instruments, emphasizing regulated operations, secure infrastructure, and transparent client services.
