WhiteBIT has outlined the structure and requirements of its Global Talent Program, a four-month online initiative targeting Junior+ developers residing in Ukraine, Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia. Starting March 2, 2026, the program features live classes held three times a week, practical assignments with engineer feedback, and concludes with a final individual project and presentations evaluated by WhiteBIT experts.

Participants who perform strongly may be offered employment at WhiteBIT. The program is specifically intended for candidates with a solid technical background, experience with pet projects, and an interest in developing their engineering careers within an Agile team environment.

How to participate

To join the WhiteBIT Global Talent Program, eligible Junior+ developers with a pet project and B1+ English proficiency who are located in Ukraine, Poland, Czechia, or Slovakia should prepare their project and ensure they meet all requirements. Applications must be submitted through the program's landing page, followed by an introductory call with a recruiter and a review of the submitted project. A technical interview with program trainers is required, and, if accepted, participants engage in the four‑month online training. Interested users can register via the official sign-up link.

WhiteBIT is a cryptocurrency exchange that provides basic, spot, margin, and futures trading with fixed commissions and access to popular digital assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple.
