Bitrue has announced the availability of Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin for staking on its platform in Japan, following regulatory approval by the Japan Financial Services Agency (JFSA). The RLUSD/USDT spot trading was launched on November 5, 2025, with withdrawals beginning on November 6, 2025; users can participate in flexible RLUSD staking with an advertised annual percentage yield of 7% and no lock-up period, open to both institutional and retail customers in Japan.

RLUSD is described as a USD-backed stablecoin developed by Ripple, and its expansion into Japan follows a prior agreement between Ripple and SBI. The addition of RLUSD staking aligns with Bitrue’s broader rollout of RLUSD services, including futures listings and tokenized asset pairs.

How to participate

To participate in RLUSD staking with Bitrue, users need to log in to their Bitrue account or create a new one via the official sign-up link. After depositing RLUSD into their Bitrue wallet, they can access the flexible staking interface and opt into RLUSD staking. This allows both institutional and retail users in Japan to earn rewards, with the product reportedly offering a flexible annual yield and no lock-up period.
