ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. reports that electric vehicle owners conduct 80 percent of their charging at home.
The company is promoting its Level 2 Home Flex charger as a critical solution for daily driving needs, highlighting the experience of Kimatni Rawlins from Automotive Rhythms during installation. With growing consumer interest in electric vehicles, the reliability and convenience of residential charging are increasingly influencing adoption decisions.
ChargePoint previously launched its Home Flex charger with 50 amp adjustable power and dual connector options for expanded compatibility, according to a company announcement. The device was also introduced with a NEMA 3R rating intended to ensure durability and safety in all weather conditions, as noted in another launch update. These features are designed to meet the growing demands of residential EV owners.
