In the first year, the health system achieved a twofold increase in query rates and was able to review 94 percent of high priority cases without expanding its workforce. This adoption resulted in a financial impact of 4.3 million dollars, demonstrating significant operational efficiencies. The move highlights how health systems are turning to technology-driven revenue cycle management solutions amid staffing constraints.

Waystar previously enabled Coronis Health to discover a $1.7 million billing opportunity with its automated eligibility detection platform. The company also introduced AI automation software to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity at the HFMA Annual Conference.
