8X8 has implemented its single streamlined platform to replace legacy systems for PrimeSourceBP, addressing reliability and scalability needs.

IT Manager Genelle led the transition, aiming to improve operational efficiency and modernize the technology infrastructure. The move is intended to help PrimeSourceBP overcome challenges associated with older hardware and software, allowing the business to operate more effectively and respond rapidly to evolving demands.

Earlier this year, 8X8 attended the Telarus Partner Summit in Dallas, focusing on expanding partnerships and collaborations. The company has also highlighted the importance of team connection following its EMEA Sellers Circle event in Mauritius. These recent activities reflect continued engagement with industry partners alongside internal technology upgrades.
