Crypto market recap: ETF flows and corporate buying support Bitcoin above $112K
Bitcoin dips 0.57% but demand-supply gap hints at upside

Bitcoin (BTC) is trading at $112,588, down 0.57% over the past 24 hours and about 3.6% for the week. Ethereum (ETH) has slipped further to $4,174, losing 0.88% daily and over 7% weekly, while Solana (SOL) continues its correction at $210, down more than 10% in seven days.

XRP remains at $2.87, slightly positive over 24 hours but still weaker on the week. Binance Coin (BNB) is holding above $1,024, making it one of the few large-caps showing resilience with a 7% weekly gain. The broader market cap has eased to $3.89 trillion, with the Fear & Greed Index dipping to 39, signaling a shift back toward fear. Oversold RSI levels around 41 suggest the market is under pressure but could be nearing a potential rebound point.

Supply and demand dynamics shape Bitcoin outlook

Recent analysis shows that corporate and ETF demand for Bitcoin is now outpacing supply, creating bullish long-term signals despite the short-term dip. Analysts highlight that large U.S. firms continue to increase their BTC reserves, and ETF inflows remain steady even as spot prices consolidate. At the same time, the Federal Reserve’s latest comments from Chair Jerome Powell introduced caution into risk markets, with rate cuts expected but labor market risks keeping traders on edge.

This macro backdrop has tempered momentum in equities and crypto alike, leaving BTC consolidating rather than rallying. Market watchers argue that if ETF inflows remain robust, Bitcoin could stabilize above $110K and prepare for another push higher once macro headwinds ease.

Tether fundraising and broader adoption drive headlines

Away from price charts, Tether is reportedly raising $20 billion at a valuation of $500 billion, underlining its role as the backbone of stablecoin liquidity. Such a milestone highlights both investor appetite for stablecoin infrastructure and the growing centrality of Tether in global markets. Meanwhile, adoption stories continue to add depth to crypto’s real-world relevance, from payment integrations to balance sheet strategies.

The combination of major fundraising, corporate accumulation of Bitcoin, and continued ETF flows illustrates how institutional players are embedding crypto deeper into global finance. Even in a week marked by price weakness, these structural developments emphasize the market’s long-term trajectory toward maturity and mainstream adoption.

Recently we wrote that Bitcoin (BTC) is trading at $112,636.8, a slight decrease of 0.03% from the previous close.
