Richard Tice, deputy leader of Reform UK, owns a property company named Quidnet REIT.
According to Dan Neidle, the company paid Tice and his trust £600k in dividends from 2020 to 2022. Quidnet was required to pay £120k in tax on those dividends but did not do so, with evidence provided from the company’s filings.
Dan Neidle has previously commented on notable tax-related decisions. He highlighted when courts determined that large marshmallows are not taxable as VAT-prepared foods. Neidle also refuted a TikTok influencer’s advice regarding six £50 vouchers and their tax-free status as so-called trivial benefits.
