William Browder: Most Russian billionaires have self-made or stolen wealth
William Browder questioned the accuracy of a Forbes chart suggesting that 97% of Russian billionaires possess self-made wealth.
In his statement, Browder argued that a third category, 'stolen wealth,' should be added for Russian billionaires, estimating it would better reflect the reality for about 96% of them.
