Consensys aids DeFi United recovery effort

Stani Kulechov, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Avara, announced that ethereumJoseph and Consensys are contributing 30,000 ETH to the DeFi United recovery initiative to fully support rsETH and bolster confidence in decentralized finance.

Kulechov described this as substantial support aimed at strengthening the broader DeFi ecosystem.

Kulechov previously signaled changes to protocol limits with a proposal to increase ETH supply caps on Core after current thresholds were reached. In an earlier note, he highlighted findings by the Bank of Canada showing resilience in DeFi and Aave during a systemic review. These developments add context to Kulechov's ongoing focus on risk and stability in decentralized finance.
