Andrew Kang: Public offerings now require $1 trillion valuations
Andrew Kang, co-founder and partner at Mechanism Capital, notes that NVIDIA went public at a $625 million valuation.
He contrasts this with companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, and SpaceX, which are delaying public offerings until their valuations exceed $1 trillion. Kang suggests that public markets increasingly need access to venture capital opportunities.
