Tom Fitzpatrick is a seasoned financial markets expert with nearly 40 years of experience at Citi. He began his career as a junior bank official at Chase Bank in Ireland before shifting his focus to foreign exchange (FX) when he joined HSBC as a junior FX assistant. His move to South Africa in 1984 to work at Nedbank as an analyst marked the beginning of his long tenure in FX.
