CVRx announced its backing of Dr. Josh Grant, Dr. George Shanno, and the Peacehealth Southwest Medical Center team in completing the first commercial Barostim implant in Washington state.

The new device therapy aims to provide patients with advanced options to improve heart failure symptoms and represents a major step forward for innovative cardiac care in the region.

CVRx has recently marked similar milestones, including the first Barostim implant at Huntsville Hospital, which expanded device therapy options for heart failure patients. The company also broadened access to Barostim therapy through a partnership with RWJBarnabas Health at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. These initiatives highlight the company's continued rollout of advanced heart failure treatments across the U.S.
