AEMETIS, INC receives final equipment to accelerate MVR system launch and cut carbon intensity — AEMETIS targets sharp energy cut

AEMETIS, INC announced the completion of foundational concrete work and the receipt of the final major equipment component for its Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) system at the Keyes facility. The company projects that operations will commence by year end.

The new MVR system is expected to reduce AEMETIS, INC’s natural gas consumption by about 80 percent, significantly lowering the carbon intensity score of its operations. This move underscores the company’s commitment to more sustainable industrial practices and energy efficiency upgrades.
