Joe Kiani urges patient safety action

Writing about his presentation of the group's report to President Joe Biden, Kiani stressed that much of the harm seen in healthcare settings is preventable. He called for implementation of established preventative measures that can meaningfully improve outcomes for patients in hospitals and clinics.
