Russia’s liquidity and M2 grow while Ukraine’s fall, Joao Wedson notes
Russian M2 and liquidity climb as Ukraine falls

Joao Wedson highlights that M2 money supply and liquidity from the Central Bank of Russia continue to increase without interruption.

In contrast, data from Ukraine shows a decline in these indicators. Wedson also points out that Russia’s economy is several times larger than Ukraine’s, a factor that helps explain Ukraine’s significant reliance on external funding.

Wedson has recently commented on investor behavior in different asset classes. He advised investors to avoid emotional attachment and recommended selling during periods of extreme market euphoria. In another post, he noted a rise in the Ethereum long/short ratio across the top five exchanges.
