Shay Boloor reports that Rocket Lab CEO Peter Beck believes some space company valuations are disconnected from reality, with reliably scalable launch services being the exception in the sector.
Out of 142 small-launch startups tracked since Rocket Lab was founded, only two have managed to achieve reliable orbital access.
Boloor has recently reported on sizable technology investments. NBIS committed over $9 billion to an AI cloud project in France with 240MW capacity. Earlier, he covered IREN’s share price climbing above $65 following a $1.6 billion agreement with DELL for AI systems in Texas. These developments highlight continued capital flows into tech infrastructure and services.
