Agenus reveals durable survival with BOT plus BAL in heavily treated melanoma
Agenus posts new melanoma data

Agenus posted updated Phase 2 data for its BOT plus BAL combination therapy in heavily pretreated, advanced checkpoint-refractory melanoma. Median overall survival reached 16.6 months, with 42 percent of patients alive at the two-year mark, according to the company.

Additionally, the median duration of response had not been reached at the time of reporting, underscoring the potential durability of the treatment. The data will be presented at the ASCO26 annual meeting.
