Portillo's has added the Maxwell Street Polish sausage to its Shota Lineup for a limited time, aiming to attract new and existing customers with a classic menu favorite.
The char-grilled sausage, topped with mustard and grilled onions, is now available for order via Uber Eats and Portillo's own platform. This promotional move underscores the brand’s efforts to capitalize on customer nostalgia while leveraging exclusive partnerships for distribution.
Portillo's recently opened its first airport restaurant at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
