The company is pursuing early-stage gene therapy for 100,000 Stargardt disease patients, who currently have no FDA approved options, with OCU410ST showing early promise. Ocugen is also moving OCU400 toward regulatory filing as a potential one-time treatment for retinitis pigmentosa.
