Phil Rosen has recently highlighted other notable market movements. He reported that the Russell 2000 gained nearly all of its 5-year rally in the past year. Rosen also noted that only 27 S&P 500 companies currently trade above 40x forward P/E, a level previously seen during past market downturns.
