Arbitrum funds transition to Aave LLC for rsETH recovery, Stani Kulechov confirms
Arbitrum funds moved to Aave LLC

Stani Kulechov, founder and chief executive officer (CEO) at Avara, reports an update on the recovery of rsETH assets. The judge has enabled the Arbitrum recovered funds to be transferred to the Aave LLC address.

The next phase of recovery will focus on supporting the rsETH bridge, with ETH LTV returning to normal levels. Kulechov emphasizes Aave's continued efforts to protect users and support the DeFi sector.

Kulechov had earlier proposed that ETH frozen by the Arbitrum Security Council be released to DeFi United in an effort to assist rsETH recovery, according to a previous update. Additionally, he announced that ethereumJoseph and Consensys provided 30,000 ETH to DeFi United to support rsETH and bolster user confidence, as detailed in a recent statement. These developments form part of the broader recovery efforts for rsETH assets.
