Smith & Wesson Brands has introduced the new Bodyguard 2.0 Revolver, aiming to boost everyday carry confidence with a focus on intuitive controls and improved recoil management.
The revolver features an 8-pound trigger, accommodates 5 rounds of 38 Special plus P ammunition, and incorporates an ambidextrous cylinder release. Additional enhancements include ergonomically improved grips, a U-notch rear sight, and an orange dot front sight, all designed for reliable and consistent performance.
Smith & Wesson previously launched the Shield X, which offered advanced Performance Center features for speed and control. In 1967, the company supplied custom Model 41 pistols with suppressors to U.S. Air Force SR-71 crews. The company continues to expand its product line with models targeting both professional and personal use.
