Early bitcoins need owner action

Matt Corallo discussed limitations surrounding access to early bitcoin holdings, particularly those predating the introduction of seedphrases and BIP 32. He explained that coins stored as raw public keys without any special format cannot be directly recovered unless action is taken by their owners. Corallo also noted that more than half of these coins are believed to be 'patoshi' mined.
