Samson Mow: U.S. debt projected to reach $1 quadrillion by 2070
U.S. debt growth signals Bitcoin value

Samson Mow, chief executive officer at JAN3, projects U.S. debt will hit $1 quadrillion by 2070. He highlights that the debt is growing at 7.6% per year, amounting to $87,685 added every second, with annual interest payments reaching $981 billion.

Mow adds that Bitcoin remains undervalued amid these rising debt levels.

Mow has previously commented on banking sector developments in Asia, saying that HSBC and Standard Chartered's status as note issuing banks in Hong Kong lessens the impact of related news. He has also noted that Lebanon's banking crisis since 2019 has frozen dollar accounts and restricted withdrawals for millions. His recent remarks on U.S. debt and Bitcoin follow a series of observations on global financial risks.
